Crystal Thomas is a renowned speaker, coach, and educator in the private club industry.  Over the course of 30 years as a general manager of private clubs, Crystal successfully lead  three different clubs before establishing Crystal Clear Concepts, Inc. in 2005. Her trademark is helping clubs operate from a mindset of love and abundance and translating that attitude into a healthy bottom line. 

She is the author of three books that share her award-winning approach. Learning to Love empowers people to transform their personal lives by giving them permission to embrace every aspect of their being.

Business with a Heart and Harnessing the Fear Factor are novels that cleverly address these issues in the work environment. Both of these books will be available from Boutique of Quality Books in late January.

Crystal resides in the Los Angeles area with her husband and three wonderful cats.
